Our clientele are typically business travelers and working professionals—think a business executive flying in for a weekend conference or a travel nurse who’s just signed a 3 month contract. Neither of these people are in the market to sign long-term leases, and hotels just can’t compete with us in terms of price, quality, or the ability to make guests feel at home even when they're not.

AirBnB: 100% refund for stays canceled 30+ days prior to scheduled check in.

VRBO: 100% refund for stays canceled 60+ days prior to scheduled check in. 50% refund for stays canceled 30+ days prior to scheduled check in.

Booking.com: 100% refund for stays canceled 30+ days prior to scheduled check in.
